Consolation Names Amy Frederick Director of Infection Prevention

Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center has appointed Amy Frederick, RN, as Director of Infection Prevention.
Frederick is a licensed nurse who comes to Our Lady of Consolation with many years of health care experience. Prior to joining Our Lady of Consolation, she worked as the Infection Control Coordinator and Pharmacy Liaison at St. Catherine of Siena Nursing Home in Smithtown. As part of Amy’s new role, she will oversee all Infection Prevention and Surveillance for Our Lady of Consolation.
She resides in Blue Point with her husband Cadman and son Cadman Jr.
